WANTED

ACCESSIBILITY

WANTED is committed to making its publication usable for everyone, including readers using assistive technologies, and to improving where we fall short.

1. Our commitment

WANTED wants its publication to be usable by as many people as possible, including readers who rely on assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

2. Standard we work towards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a target.

3. What we do

In building and maintaining the Site we try to:

- Use clear structure, headings, and readable typography.

- Maintain sufficient colour contrast for text.

- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.

- Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as filtering, sorting, and menus.

- Respect reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.

4. Known limitations

Some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are working on: none currently identified. Third-party sites we link to are outside our control and may not meet the same standards.

5. Tell us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier using the Site, we want to hear about it. Contact us at letsgo@readwanted.com with the page and the difficulty you experienced, and we will do our best to address it and offer the information you needed in another format.

6. Review

We review this statement and the Site’s accessibility periodically as content and features change.
